Article 1: Agreement and Store Identity
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from Bellicorisa, an independently operated online bag store serving Hong Kong. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. Our official contact address is collection@bellicorisa.com. Please review product information, pricing, delivery details, and these Terms before submitting an order.
Customers should retain order confirmation and delivery records. These Terms are intended to provide a clear transaction framework and must be read with our Shipping, Returns, and Privacy Policies.
Article 2: Eligibility and Territorial Scope
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract or have appropriate authorization. We accept and deliver orders only within Hong Kong. Orders requesting delivery elsewhere will not be processed. Products are intended for personal use unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Article 3: Product Information and Availability
We aim to present accurate descriptions, colors, dimensions, materials, and photographs. Screen settings and production variations may cause minor differences. Availability may change before acceptance. If an item becomes unavailable, we may decline the affected order and notify you. Website content does not ensure availability, appearance, suitability, or performance.
Article 4: Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt, not acceptance. A contract forms when Bellicorisa confirms acceptance or dispatches the product, whichever occurs first. We may refuse an order for inaccurate information, unavailable stock, suspected misuse, delivery limitations, or another lawful reason and will communicate the refusal.
Article 5: Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is the only payment method. The full order amount must be available when the courier arrives. No online card payment is collected. Delivery is free throughout Hong Kong. Customers must provide accurate contact and address details and remain reachable during delivery.
Article 6: Dispatch and Delivery
The estimated delivery period is two to three business days: one business day for inspection, packing, and dispatch, followed by one to two business days in transit. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays. Weather, access restrictions, courier disruption, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause delays. We will provide reasonable updates when material delays become known.
Article 7: Cancellation and Failed Delivery
You may request cancellation by emailing collection@bellicorisa.com while the product remains with us. Cancellation is unavailable once the parcel leaves our warehouse and is handed to the courier. A request is effective only after we confirm it.
If delivery fails because no recipient is present or the full cash amount is unavailable, the order is automatically canceled. This may affect whether Bellicorisa accepts future orders from that customer or address. Any restriction will be reasonable, based on relevant order history, and nondiscriminatory.
Article 8: Thirty-Day Returns
The return window begins on the delivery date and lasts thirty calendar days. Returns are accepted when the delivered product is damaged or is not the product ordered compared with the placed order. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Contact collection@bellicorisa.com within the return period with order details, an issue description, and photographs where available. Eligible returns carry no collection, return-delivery, or restocking fee. The product should be unused, with accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible. Packaging requirements do not limit non-excludable rights, including where packaging arrived damaged or inspection was necessary.
Article 9: Inspection, Exchange, and Refund
We arrange doorstep collection for eligible returns. After receipt, we require up to twenty-four hours to inspect the product and verify whether it is damaged or incorrect. We communicate the decision by email.
An accepted claim will ordinarily receive an exchange. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we refund the full amount paid for the eligible returned product, without collection, return, or restocking deductions. Refunds are made by bank transfer and processed within twenty-four hours after inspection and receipt of accurate bank details. The banking provider may require up to seven business days to credit the account.
Article 10: Statutory Rights and Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Relevant legislation includes the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26); Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362); Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71); Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458); Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553); Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486); and Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623).
Nothing excludes or restricts any right, solution, duty, or liability where prohibited by law. Mandatory requirements prevail over conflicting provisions, while remaining provisions continue.
Article 11: Privacy and Liability
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance for fulfillment, delivery, returns, support, fraud prevention, and record-keeping. To the extent permitted by law, Bellicorisa is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. No limitation applies where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Article 12: Changes, Severability, and Contact
We may update these Terms for legal, operational, or service changes. Updates apply prospectively and will not unfairly alter an accepted order. If any provision is invalid, it will be adjusted or removed only as necessary, while the remainder stays effective.
Questions, cancellations, return notices, or complaints may be sent to collection@bellicorisa.com with order details. The parties should first seek resolution through good-faith communication. Nothing prevents either party from pursuing solutions under Hong Kong law through the courts or another competent forum.
